The Holidays
Can you believe it is almost Christmas? I can't, it is coming quick this year and I am glad it is. I want to open my presents so badly. But don't get to in to opening presents or getting a new Ipod or something, focus on Jesus's birthday, for if he was never born we would not be born and get to celebrate Christmas and Winter. When I here someone say winter I think, Hot Chocolate, Snow, Cheer, Eggnog, Joy and Noel. When I here someone say Christmas I think, Jesus, Stockings, Presents, Christmas Trees, Christmas Lights and Family. The VanHoof family wishes you the best Holidays this year and encourage you yo give more than you receive!
- Seasons Greetings
- Happy Holidays and
- Merry Christmas

Oh Mrs.Henderson!
Today Twisters had a let's say, not to good game. But I am proud, because we tried. And as my teacher Mrs.Henderson says, "It is better to try and fail then to not try at all." I thought about that a lot in the game, and at the beginning I thought I was gonna blow! But then that Mrs.Henderson quote came in mind and it really changed my emotion and attitude. Another good quote form Mrs.Henderson is "Good, Better, Best. Never let it rest. Till your good is better, and your better is best!" When I was a forward today in the game I notice at the beginning I was good, towards the middle I was better, and at the end of being a forward I did my best. When I was defender, Tom {coach} yelled from the sideline yelling at me to put a little bit of pressure on the rest of the team. I yelled things such as , "Who wants the ball?" "First to!" and " Lets make the a everlasting game!" I am blessed to have Mrs.Henderson as a 5th grade teacher!

Live to Forgive

Live to Forgive is a documentary movie you have to see! Staring Dean Eric Smith, the coolest, most forgiving guy ever! He blesses your heart in every way. Dean Smith was twelve years old when his step-dad murdered his mom. This accident was located in Enumclaw, WA. When he was that age he thought when his step-dad Bob would get out of jail he would get Bob back. But God touched his heart a few years later and told him to forgive Bob. Dean did not want to do this but he knew God was always right. He flew down to Tennessee and located Bob to tell him he forgives him. the question is can you forgive the guy that murder your mom? Now Dean owns a ministry called Live To Forgive Ministry's. The movie is located in 1,000 stores around the world. You can spread the word of Forgiveness with friends and family and tell them to pass on the word! Last weekend in Enumclaw Washington we had a movie premier. We hoped that everyone who came would spread the word of forgivness aroun the world. You can too. Now, I won't tell you any more about the movie because now you probably want to see it. I you want to contact Live to Forgive with any more information go to www.livetoforgive.com! Dean is also known as C.F.O- Chief Forgivness Officer!

The New Desk!!!!!!!
It's wierd to walk to the other side of the room to get to the new desk! My mom was having fun decorating it last night, but in this picture, it is not decorated. It is HUGE, my mom thought it woundn't be this big. My mom said "I can't wait to have somthing to organize stuff with." I asked " How long can we keep it organized?" My mom went "ugh." I belive that we could keep it organized for a long time, just, don't let me touch it! Ha! This desk must make my mom happy beacause I was laying down in bed with my dad last night, and when my mom passed to desk she said "OOO!"

Skiing!!!!
We had tons of fun skiing! A 10am the kids got skiing lessons. The kids are John, Keagan and Kennedy. They were exicted to ride the chair lift for the very first time! The day went like this. The kids did there lessons, during the lessons the adults were skiing. Once the kids were done with there skiing lessons all of us went down the bunny hill like, 10 times. So, the adults thought the kids could do Tinkerbell, BIG mistake! Kennedy fell down every 10 seconds, Keagan fell every 20 seconds and John didn't even fall once! It was a interesting day, and a very fun one!
